I go to my studio light a fire and put on a pot of tea.  With colour all around me, I begin the daily “squish”.

In creating a series of works for an upcoming show I was left with quite a few bits and pieces, each one triggering a memory.  This piece is like a sketch book for me.

I love to walk in the hills near my home and springtime is particularly lovely.  Tiny flowers pop out almost as soon as the snow has left.
